How To Purchase

Once you've found something you like and wish to make a purchase,
1) Email us @ paperdollysales@gmail.com
2) 'Subject' with the name of the item you're interested in & send your order in the following format:
Item(s) of interest: (Please state color/ size of item if applicable)
Email:
Alt order: (if item(s) is OOS)
Order confirm?: Yes/ No
Enquiry (if any): 
3) We will send you an invoice within 24hrs.

How to make payment?

Once invoice is received, payment will have to be made to us within 24hrs.
If payment is not received after the 24th hour, we will move your slot to the next customer in the waiting list.

Payment to our official bank accounts:-
1) POSB Savings : 115-65212-5
2) UOB Home Plus : 301-304-113-8

Payment by Internet Bank Transfer is preferred. ATM transfer is also accepted, however must be accompanied by a snapshot of your transaction receipt. NO SCAN COPIES ALLOWED.
Email us once payment is made and we will send you a PAYMENT VERIFIED DETAILS as soon as possible.
All items will be mailed out within 1-2 working days after Payment verified.

Choice of postage methods:-
Postage prices will vary, depending on the weight of the item. In most cases, we will charge:-
Normal Postage - S$1.50 for 1st item, S$0.50 per additional item
Registered Mail - S$2.24 in addition to the price of the normal postage

Pls allow 2 – 4 days for parcel to be delivered to your letterbox/ door. Kindly note that Singpost do not arrange delivery on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays.


** Postage to Malaysia is also available upon request.

PAPER DOLLY strongly encouraged our customers to opt for registered mail to ensure that you receive your purchases in good order. The registered article number will be provided upon request after items had been mailed out.
PAPER DOLLY will not be responsible for any lost parcel, should you not opt for registered mail.
